Mr.Skyraw
I was looking for bikes and someone suggested a onza zoot 24" I have rode 20" bikes all my life and was wondering if some of you guys could tell me if it was hard to switch or after awhile it felt weird or uncomfterble switching from 20 to 24, thanks. ClarkeHutchison
I switched and it was the best choice i have made in ages, everything feels a lot easier eg sidehops, gaps to front, gaps up. I would save up a bit more money and get a second hand echo trial 2011 with a good spec off here.
Danny00135
^if you take this guys advice my mates selling an echo trial 2011 for £400-£450 you may have to pay a nice amount for shipping costs but it's a very nice ride
SamKidney
Its going to be weird no matter what wheelsize you change to, even changing out frames on your mod would have neart the same effect. Takes a little getting used to, but you'd soon ride as per usual. +1 on the Echo 24". I went from riding mod, to stock, to mod again and then now to 24" and the 24" is by far the nicest ride/ wheelsize Ive ridden. Will be even better when companies realise that a decent all round trials dedicated 24" tyre is wanted by many and comes along!
skunky_bifta
On topic: Also made the switch, also got the echo trial, cant recomend it enough. The switch was weird at first but didnt take long to get used to, then just like other i seem to be kicking further, side hopping better, just generally getting better all round. Off topic: We need good light trials specific tyres and more selection of rims with fancy bits cut out!
Matthew_Gibson
I have rode stock for 4 years then had a year out, got a mod.that took some getting use to. But after a month or two I got the nac back. Had a quick jump on an echo 24" and if felt really nice, only done a few hops about. Didn't feel too long or odd in any way. Might build on up myself
