I can't balance up the price it would cost and the space it will take up against plugging it in. Unless it was properly wireless needing no pad to sit on, I think it is a waste of money. It is basically a dock I can get for my iphone for £2.50 on ebay but you don't have to put it on it a certain way. Back on topic, I also think you should consider a cheap tesco phone for climbing. Unless you get a seriously knock proof case, dropping it from lets say 10ft is probably going to do some damage. It would make my life easier, I charge my phone over night on my bedside table.
