Mark W
Stan Titanium is a new brand to the UK, specialising in lightweight ti upgrade bolts and fittings. They manufacture the usual range of M5/M6 bolts: However, they also make barbed fittings/shroud nuts for Magura (and some Echo) brakes: They also supply HS33 lever pivot bolts for '04/'05 levers: As well as lever pivot bolts for the Hope Mini lever: For people running V-Brakes they make two sizes of V-Brake Studs: As well as other items such as pedal cage bolts and pedal axles (for Wellgo MG-1 based pedals, Echo TR Caged pedals and Try-All Superlight pedals): Rotor bolts: And finishing kit such as a range of sizes of headset spacer and some pretty sweet M15 ISIS crank bolts:
isitafox
Loving the V brake posts, crank bolts and pedal axles though the latter scare me slightly.
Nick Manning
They do look very smart. Stan titanium a new brand to the UK, is Stan Shaw behind this?
N.Wood
Do those headset spacers say 'stan' anywhere on them? Thanks.
JDâ„¢
How pimp? Very. I'll almost certainly never buy any, but it'd be cool to see a bike fully tricked out with the whole set.
isitafox
Be similar to this wouldn't it http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/173085-breath-26-bike/page__hl__%20titanium%20%20magura
JDâ„¢
I can't remember the last time I saw a 'proper' trials bike and thought it looked decent - that one still hasn't changed that. I'm feeling this set on an otherwise stealthed up street 24 personally...

N.Wood
Good! I like the parts, but the 'stan' logo isn't... er, to my tastes. Is Stan (the brand) Russian? Chinese?
Mark W
Chinese I guess on the plus side, the logos are going to be covered up pretty well on most of their products
SamKidney
I'd LOVE to get my Echo 24" tricked out with all this kit. One day, one day..
Miss-Higgy
Here's a question, since cap uses a front magura set-up, like a less smooth costellier. Is someone needed who uses their front brake excessively to test some rotor bolt's. Jim's a fine candidate for it!
AndrewEH1
Look good but I'll be sticking with TiBolts, although they don't do all of those trial specific bolts.
Blake
gunna be about £130 to replace all my stuff with their ti counterparts, wowchers. think the only ones I really want are the crank bolts cus they just look the shit and aren't THAT expensive if i'm honest. Mark W
All I'm saying is - '05 Magura with 4-finger blade, metal TPA wheel, Trialtech splitter, Pro-Bolt blanking bolts and a bunch of Ti fittings would be the boy. Andeee
Noice! Would be interesting to see a bike with normal steel bolts and weigh it then do an after with stan bolts etc. Just to see if there is a difference in weight. Id need a mortgage to afford a full ti set :/ Edited September 13, 2012 by Andeee
aener
If? You want to put heavier bolts on a bike, weigh it, then put lighter bolts on the same bike and weigh it, to see IF there's a weight difference? Christ.
