Correct Bike For Beginner

hey guys ive just brought a 2010 onza rip i come from a mx background so not new to bikes but i was wondering have i brought to right bike? im 6ft 2in so im slouching over the a bit (already got posture problems, so its not helping :mellow: ) but im not sure if this bike is too small for me should i get rid a replace with a 24in instead?? and i live in the swansea area and is there anybody from my neck of the woods who rides and if so where

If you feel you are slouching over too much I'd get some higher bars presuming you have an onza master stem if not get a higher stem.

It is not possible to be too big for a mod as you get tall people riding 20" and small people riding 26" and vice versa, same goes for 24, unless your abnormally small ortall :P

The cockpit size doesn't have anything to do with the wheel size. Some street bikes will have lower bb's than comp bikes so you aren't so lent over , but then they are shorter so you are just squashed a different way. Just try a high stem and bars with a big rise if you want more room, or maybe if your forks have been cut down loads get some with a longer stem and use stackers.

It probably feels weirder because you are going about on two wheels, its fine if you spend all your time on the rear.
