Alex Dark
Try:Knocking a torx bit into the allen head Cutting a slot into the head Chiselling the bolt around Gripping with mole grips if possible Drilling the bolt head off Welding a piece of rod/bar to the bolt to twist it out. Ez-outs ( google this ) Edited August 30, 2012 by Alex Dark
Danny00135
try getting a file to the edges of the bolt to make two parallel flats, then use an adjustable to undo it. Edit - It might be a bit difficult to do that considering where it is though :/ Edited August 30, 2012 by Danny00135
Revolver
Saw this video on wimp, it suggested - albeit for screws - to use an elastic band. Give it a go?
mike
I had this problem on my grip clamps as it was recessed into the clamp I couldn't get a saw or file on the allen head so used a small one of these screw removers http://toolmonger.com/2008/06/12/broken-screws-unscrewed/ but it was slipping and made a mess of the clamp. The EZ-out type that tap a reverse thread into the rounded off bolt do a better job but take longer cos you have to drill a pilot hole.
