Al_Fel
I've got flat feet too! I've never really tried innersoles though to be honest. I don't get any pain from riding these days but I find my feet cramp sometimes when I'm playing football. I've got stupidly big calf's which I assume is something to do with me being so flat footed. Anyway I use Ribo trials shoes and I find they are perfect for me. Loads of grip and no foot pain! I used to get really bad pains in the soles of my feet when I used trainers like Reebok classics. I found the soles were just too flexible and my feet would wrap around the pedals too much and it would hurt after a while. If you can afford to have a pair of shoes dedicated to riding then I'd say try the Ribos. That's just what works for me though.
