Advice On V Set Up

So I've managed to get myself a v set up and I'm curious about cable + noodle, this is what I've got so far:

Brand new SD7 lever + arms

Brand new cnc belaey pads

Heatsink adaptors

Generic (Exposure) bmx linear

Shimano xtr carbon booster

I'm wondering whether the generic linear will be good enough? What noodle would you use? Am I okay getting a cheap bbb/xlc noodle from work?

Also what size bolts do I need for the adaptor? Obviously M5 but what length?

Cheers guys, Mikey.

Also what size bolts do I need for the adaptor? Obviously M5 but what length? The best way is to buy longer bolts, something like 20mm long and file them down to perfect size, especially with heatsinks as you need different lenght for lower bolt if you use this"secret" position of the adaptor with lower bolt directly under pivot.

Cheers guys, Mikey.
