Miss-Higgy
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221097684961?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1203 Defiantly before my time, but for some really really strange reason i like the look of it. In my head if i were to put my trial tech fork's, short stem, riser bar's and my pink wheels etc etc it would look ace... But if there's one thing I've learnt in trials is, look aren't everything... Anyone know the Geo of it off the top of their head's? Would it be at all ethical to fit a pivotal seat or similar instead of the stupid mini seat! How old is it? Is the dent in the chainstay going to make it last a week with me being heavy footed? Or have I been fooled and its a bmx with mod parts and Monty sticker's? So yeah general criticisum of the bike, or comments are well revived at this stage because i'm very tempteding's, but my other half sneered at it. SamKidney
So he should have sneered, I think it looks bloody awful.

F.N.G
Let me guess... You like the pink stickers? Beat me to it!
isitafox
From around 92 I'd say... Maybe. Very close Check out the bike timeline on trashzen somewhere, it might be on that. According to that it's from 1991 but no spec http://www.trashzen.com/bike-trials/category/gallery-of-trials-bikes/1991/ In my head if i were to put my trial tech fork's, short stem, riser bar's and my pink wheels etc etc it would look ace... Would it be at all ethical to fit a pivotal seat or similar instead of the stupid mini seat! After re watching Revolution I have a reborn love for this look of bike for some reason although no you should not fit Trialtechs and pink wheels. You could probably get away with some polished risers and as for the pivotal seat you should feel ashamed. Deffo not worth the £240 he wants for it though despite being a classic. dezmtber
my guess it would ride something like these old onza bikes as they would have copyed the geo.
Miss-Higgy
Yeah, i think i have ditched the idea now anyway! And yes the pink stickers were quite appealing! Why can't marino make alloy frame's
onza pro series guy
Would love to have a go on some of these old-school bikes! But screw buying one, especially if it's only because it has pink bits!
Ali C
I think a pivotal would be cool, bit much to experiment though
Andeee
That is beautiful!
315r
Come on! Dont ruin it putting new stuff and pivotal seats. This is an genuine old school bike! Remove extra stikers, clean and fix damaged stuff, put this seat maximum down as you can and enjoy a relic.Ah! And this that you say that its a dent in the chainstay is not a dent, is the original form of the frame.
JDâ„¢
Why can't marino make alloy frame's Steel is real. Just get one made and enjoy it, you can even ask him for JD orange to match Jims one - his and hers bikes! Haha.
Miss-Higgy
Lol his and hers bikes, the very thought makes me want to jump off the pier! Btw guys it's times like this I regret selling my megamo. Have spotted another one of these cheaper really tempted again!P.s for those of you that hate old Skool bikes check out the geo of them. Most of the modern frames have gone full circle and using the same geo. it's the look of them that's changed the most.
aener
That's amazing. Really? I didn't realize modern mod frames had 400mm chainstays.

Mark W
You'd probably be better off getting one good bike rather than just getting a couple of shit old ones
