A Few Questions

im starting up trials again

i am extreamly unfit ive been really ill the last few years and starting to get on the mends

thought trials would be an excelent way to get fit again and have fun doing it

now for the questions lol

i reckon i still know the basics pedal hop small drops ect

what i dont know is if im strong enough physically to do it any more dos technique matter as much as strength

Your strength will improve with your fitness so concentrate on technique and take it easy. A lad came riding with us the other day after 3 years off and broke his elbow.

not something i want to do ive had 10 years off ill be going easy for a whille

i think im guna have to find my balance again
