Mikee
Raspberry Pi 2 http://www.raspberrypi.org/raspberry-pi-2-on-sale/ 6x faster and the same price. I'm definatley going to get one. The speed of the original one stops me from using it as much as I would like.
Danny
Mines already ordered no idea what to do with it yet though.
Mikee
I just ordered 2 at work. One for development and one for me personally. Should get it tomorrow.
Muel
I'm thinking of getting a few for no reason whatsoever. I have a B+ that lives in a drawer at work.
Mikee
Mine has arrived. Didn't realise it uses a microsd though. So I have to get one of them before I can play with it.
CC12345678910
Anyone reckon you could use one for in car audio/satnav somehow? Y'know, in place of an Ipad install? Or am I missing it's application completely? This is all waaay out of my relms of knowledge (in case im asking a stupid question, but I've truely no idea ok) but I'd like to learn, and I've found over the years i'll muddle though figuring stuff out on the fly and that seems to the way I learn. weirdoku
I also want one, though I have no use for it currently. Don't even know where I put the one I have right now.

jnthebiker
I got a Raspberry Pi model B+ for Christmas, I absolutely love it! So fun, so many things that can be done with it.
manuel
When is windows 10 going to arrive for it?
Luke Rainbird
"Later this year" is about the only semi-official line I've seen to date.
Muel
I am very skeptical that it'll be useful. I'm sure when they say it will run Windows 10 that they mean it will "run" it, in the same way that my B+ "runs" raspian. It will turn on eventually, but browsing the internet is iffy and everything else takes many many years.I'm just looking forward to having the extra RAM so that I can do more server stuff with one. Danny
Well apparently they have been working with MS for 6 months so it should be fairly useable.
isitafox
I love the article on BBC News website stating that flash photography causes it to reboot

casualjoe
I use one to play .avi films and music through the TV. It's running XBian on it which lets you go through any connected HDD and play things using your TV remote, which kinda blew me away.
Danny
I've got OSMC (https://osmc.tv/) running on mine. Runs so much smoother than the old pi.
monkeyseemonkeydo
I love the idea of these but everything seems so bloody drawn out. One use I could see for me is having an external HDD attached to one so I can play all my digital movies (legally acquired of course) through my TV but a quick search of Google makes it look like a week long project to get a RPi to do that... Maybe that's just me though!
