Alex Dark
Looks as if that dropout weld has been ground back far too much... you may get away with getting someone to weld over the top as it looks like it has just cracked from lack of material. The frame will be significantly weaker unfortunately. As for the headtube, its worth a try to grind out the crack and add a large radius
monty221ti
Yeah i can get it welded and stuff. but fortunatly i'm getting a new bike in september. But still the cracks came when the frame was only 2-3 months old?

Rob.
Rockman quality I had 3 rockman manus frames in the space of 3-4months i belive, the first one came with anus instead of manus graphic, the 2nd one cracked on the dropout(disc side) same as the bjorn picture and my 3rd one cracked there also. SHIT FRAMES
Rockman
Excuse my username.. but rockmans are shit, snapped a Slate 2 in 6 months, no dents at all, snapped a Kortz 2.5 in 3 months no dents.
TheLeroyHUK
where did you get it from? tel them and then you should get a replacement aslong as it's legitement etc... should get sorted if you refer to welding, be sure to heat-treat it as that will retain some strength
TROYston
Drilling a hole on ally will probably make the crack spread.
J.KYDD
My Slate 3 was the nicest frame I've ridden. Bought it from Kevin Liu after he'd ridden it for 2 months. I rode it solidly for around 8 months before selling it on earlier this year. That frame was solid
-G-
I already told them where I got it, in another mail, and them got no answers for 5/6 days now. They are always too busy. Actually I'm in contact with them and i have to wait some weeks to get an answer, so have patience
SamKidney
If Rockman made all their frames to the standard of their Slate 3 frames, they'd have no problems.
Mark W
Looks as if that dropout weld has been ground back far too much... They had a batch of them like that. When we received ours we had a look at them and spotted it, mentioned it to RockMan and they sent us some replacement frames...
monty221ti
hmm, maybe i am lucky that they will send a replacement because of the dropout crack?
BradJohnson
why would you drill a small hole? does it stop the crack going further? Yeah,
