Jake.
12t i'd say.
Lewis Gething
Kinda obvious really, if pedalling/ kicking is too easy, go for an 18T up front, or go smaller on the back (e.g. 12T). Depends what size wheels you are rolling on too.
Danny00135
14t is actually the best suited... you divide the front teeth number by the rear... The minimum you can have is 1.125 the maximum you can have is 1.2 so 16/14=1.142 if you want a harder feeling ratio you're best off getting a new front sprocket/freewheel :/
ogre
on my 24" i use 16-12, it's fine for static moves and seems sharp enough to build up some good speed. on a 26" you'd want 13t as it's almost the same ratio as 18-15 which is the popular 16" ratio, and 16-12 is close to 18-14 if you like it harder tl dr: 26" wheels: 16:13 (or 12t if you want harder) 24" wheels: 16:12t only... Lewis Gething
I run 18:12, which works out as 1.5
ogre
you on a mod? cause the ratio needs to be different for a smaller wheel...
