trialsiain
Hi i have a 24" echo trial and the chain has one link a half link. when i have my chain tensioned the pads seem to come off the rim a little bit towards the tyre and the mounts are as far as they can go that way. How can i stop this ?
craigjames
Get rid of the half link, you shouldn't need to run one.

jigga
Sounds like your chain has stretched, as it would with use. Try removing the half link to take-up the stretch, or as I found, had to change the rear sproket from 14 to 15 teeth which took-up the slack. Greetings
the big betty will hit off the tail bit probably though It probably will, I'd recommend you get a file and remove some of the metal. This is not a structural element of the frame. If the frame is still under warranty and you're concerned about losing it ask your retailer if it's ok to file this bit down.
