extremedougie
I was debating buying my friend limey 320 but it has a hole in the frame on the chain stay where the chain has chipped away at it, will this make a difference or will it just shed weight? Kieran Morrison
Its about 1.5 inch long and half a cm wide at the widest bit. Its been like that for months and not changed and he does big drop gaps etc putting it through lots of stress so i imagine it would be fine. monkeyseemonkeydo
i would probably ride it if it was a small hole no bigger that a 5p. You might ride it but I sure as hell wouldn't buy it! 1.5" x 0.2" is a fair chunk of material missing. Get a frame that's not likely to nearly kill you in the relatively near future...

It's just opinion really CLS was arguably one of the best TGS mod riders and he used a low bb frame and his sidehops pretty fecking awesome

the mysterious leemur
It's still personal preference , my echo has a fairly low bb and its the best sidehopping frame I have used , I can't sidehop nearly as high with a high bb and find it uncomfortable. That's fair enough, but people can't expect to use the same technique on a frame with a totally different geo. Considering the top 15/20 trials riders in the world use a high bb frame pretty much proves they are better. Riding at that standard you can't question their personal preference.
