Ben Savage and Jack Meek will be riding trials bikes and the Savage Skills BMX rider Chaz will also be in on the act. Our routine is action packed and it will be a good watch! Hopefully this will give trials some more positive exposure, please spread the word on FaceBook and Twitter as it's not often Trials gets on main stream TV. Photos of our experience will also be going up on our FB page shortly so check that out http://www.facebook.com/SavageSkillsCycleStuntTeam Cheers, Ben.

Skoze
Is there actual risk of death from some legit dynamite at any point?
JackMeek
Is there actual risk of death from some legit dynamite at any point? Only during rehearsals at one point because i wanted to kill the choreographer. Its all good now though. Lol Naaaaagh no Nitro Circus here bud. If you want some risk of death or some legit dynamite i don't blame you. I'm partial to a bit now and again for entertainment. If anything was risky i would say doing the routine over and over again to please Choreographers. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and challenge. Jake.
Literally flicked through the channels and saw Jack Meek and I was thinking 'dafuq?'. Nice flip at the end haha, was expecting the bike to fall over and it never did My Fiancee was surprised when I told her the name of Jack/Ben before they annouced it haha

Laurence--Trials
Now watching this on itv player, you're on the front page bit guys, good job.
Laurence--Trials
That was spot on, i was really impressed how you managed to leave moves like sidehops and hooks for the final (assuming you're doing some?) and STILL manage to get dubble gold, get in!
Jake.
Sidehops and hooks are hit or miss moves, they're easier to fail than say hopping around on the resr wheel with no front wheel. Which is why I think they haven't done any yet. I don't think they'll do any hooks or sidehops in the final either, I think they might do a massive kicker jump... We'll see
Lewis Gething
Very well done to Jack and Ben for putting out a good name for the sport
dave33
Sidehops and hooks are hit or miss moves, they're easier to fail Ben is a machine he doesn't tend to fail hooks or side hops. Never in a demo as they would all be of a pretty comfortable size
Jake.
Yeah I guess a 'comfortable' size to them is still pretty big haha, the public would be impressed with sidehops bar height I bet.
dann2707
I dont think sidehops are a "wow" move though.
Jake.
Sidehop onto a rail 50" high then gap to a rail through a ring of fire. Nope that's not got enough "wow" factor...
dann2707
Congrats on taking my post a million miles out of context haha.
isitafox
Crowds always enjoy sidehops over a bar
monkeyseemonkeydo
Wouldn't work on TV though. Well done for getting through to the final three and unlucky not to take the win but I'm sure the exposure will only help to promote the team.
dann2707
Who's idea was it to do pretty much the same routine? Could have deffo impressed with a massive drop or drop gap?!
Joe Papasnap Maher
Having done lots of demos ( about 50.., 10 of them were with Ben, and 2 with Jack ) in the past 2 months, i know how hard it is to impress the general public. Doing a 30" sidehop or a 50" sidehop. Its the same to the general public. The same with gaps/drop gaps.. Its all well and good saying doing a 12ft drop gap...you think it would make any diffrence over an 8ft drop gap. No.. If there only seeing it once...they no no diffrent. The guys did great. Well done Ben and Jack. ( Jack, you could of atleast had a shave!! ) Trials will never win a competition like this, it just isnt exciting enough. Its not a spectator sport!
