Carlperkins
Right guys, I just put a hose splitter on my front brake to match my rear one. ive put the brake on but one of the pistons is still slow. and sometimes it barely moves on one side. it was running a royal blood bleed, but ive literally just water bled it so its not a swollen seal. ive tried to clean out the piston with WD40 & toothbrush followed by 3 in 1 oil lubing. anyone got any ideas how i can get it working better or clean out the piston? isitafox
How did you bleed it? Did you bleed it twice, once on each slave?
Carlperkins
kinda, i had 2 syringes hooked up to it, then a hose at the lever leading into a bowl. then pushed the syringes simultaneously. i did exactly the same on the rear and it works bang tidy. Im pretty sure its a slow piston, but have tried all i can and its done nowt to help. then i started to get frustrated so decided to cool down and ask for advice lol. dave33
I think it's just a sticky piston, try cleaning it more
