CalRobbo341
Within the first week of my nwe BB being installed it came a tad loose. Thats obvious bedding in again, then I just simply tightened it back up, now it is like creaking and crakcling every so often when I pedal, also when I am about to manual, lean back, legs stretched out then CLUNK! I am sure it is tight, and all greased up ect. Any tips appreciated! EDIT - Sorry for posting 2 topics so close to each other. isitafox
Check the tapers on the cranks aren't worn an the bearings in the pedals are tight.
TheLeroyHUK
have you overtightened the bb? this can squash the bearings

TheLeroyHUK
tighten it back up but not mega tight... if you take the bb out, hold the shell and spin the the axel you should be able to feel if its 'lumpy'
