Within the first week of my nwe BB being installed it came a tad loose. Thats obvious bedding in again, then I just simply tightened it back up, now it is like creaking and crakcling every so often when I pedal, also when I am about to manual, lean back, legs stretched out then CLUNK! I am sure it is tight, and all greased up ect. Any tips appreciated! (Y)

EDIT - Sorry for posting 2 topics so close to each other.

What frame, BB and cranks have you got? Also what pedals??

Trialtech Square taper, Onza Pro cranks, Trialtech platform, helicoiled to cranks

You did tighten it the right way right? :P Opposite thread on one side and all that.

Yes, I definately did!

Check the tapers on the cranks aren't worn an the bearings in the pedals are tight.

Will do!

have you overtightened the bb? this can squash the bearings :)

I shall lossen it and then tighten it back up?

Orrrr, it could be your rear wheel if it is looseball.

Definately not.
