I bought some parts from him, paid the money in and he went silent shortly after that. Was supposed to send the parts off over 2 weeks ago by DHL but hasn't done it, doesn't reply to comms either. Now it's gotten to this stage, It's a bit embarassing, so I wouldn't be surprised if he's read all this, and your parts will turn up very soon without you hearing anything. I'll admit I've done it before and forgotten to post stuff out, and it's always a horrible thing replying to people and having to admit you're just been useless.
