trialsiain
Hey i have got some money saved up and have the chance to get an echo trial 24, i ride a 26 zoo at the minute and find it quite hard to move around on. im 15 and 5 foot 8 inches. Should i get a better 26 frame with higher bottom bracket or move to 24 ?

Carlperkins
Anyone can learn to ride any bike. At 15 (no offence) but your still pretty small, you will only get bigger and stronger. You have more tyre/rim and frame choice with a 26" The size difference between 24 and 26 isnt alot, i would just get a high spec 26 frame and stick at it, buying a new bike wont mean your instantly ali c. My guess is that you havent been riding very long, so stick to what you know, practice practice and practice a bit more. This stuff dont come quickly, it takes patience and technique. Saying that i ride a echo 24 and i love it, but me riding a stock.. I barely feel a difference. The only difference is that my bike is set up for me where as the 26 i rode.. Wasnt. trialsiain
yea i see what you mean but im just wondering if the 26 is holding me back or not ? so you dont feel much difference ?
Carlperkins
Just stick with it mate, play around with the geo i.e stem / bars & frame / fork. Get it so it feels suited to you.

ooo
Carl is totally right, but if you feel like you'll perform better on some thing else try it and ride what ever makes you feel confident. At the very least riding the bike you believe is best gets rid of excuses.
