the mysterious leemur Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 Most of the move is in your hips and shoulders , an easy way to do it is to just as you kick turn your head in the direction you want to spin , raise you knees for height (if you want it) and then plaint back down .
