xTrials_Rider
i used to have a 20'' onza pro and it didnt ride comfortably but it didnt have riser bars so i guess it was pretty too low for my height... im 6foot 2/3inch and i now own a zoo piranha 2009 (26'') but i was wondering if a 24" would feel more comfy for me? and ideas/opinions?? dannytrialskid
Best bet is to try one. You will never know unless you try, because everyone is different.
isitafox
As above, I don't think height comes into it it's just a case of what feels right. I've had mods, stocks and 24s and all have felt great to ride
Jake.
Riding a Limey mod at the moment, best one I've ridden out of all my bikes. Not liked the feel of many stocks, but loved the feel of Jacks speedrace and Dannys speedrace I liked. Loved Jack's Echo 24 too, but hated the feel of a streety trials 24" I tried, was similar to a Inspired. Forgot the brand name. It's ALL down to the frames geo, stem/bar choice and how good your brakes are.
isitafox
how good your brakes are. Brakes???
harmertrials
Brakes??? Brakes play a massive part in how a bike feels overall. Personally, I love my 24, but I'm biased to that, and i'm only 5ft 10/11, so maybe a stock is more suited to you.
Jake.
Yeah brakes make a massive difference in the bike haha, what brake pads you get, disc/maggies. Water bleed, oil bleed. Harsh/medium/light grind, no grind. It goes on.
VAMPIRE V12
i'm 6'3 and i weight 16stone 8 and i run both a street trials onza zoot 24'' and an echo team 20'' and i prefer my 20'' to balance on to hop off stuff on and just general trials stuff
SamKidney
Im bang on 6ft and I cant make my mind up on what I want. Feel comfortable on a mod, and stock. Probably 24" too, but Ive never really tried it. Im tempted to try 24", not because it would be better, but purely because Ive never tried the wheelsize for any length of time. Have a go on a few peoples bikes, for a little while of you can. 5/ 10 minutes can give you a reasonable idea, but your going to just have to go for it. One persons setup shouldnt bais your choice.
