rookie82
Just wondering what sort pressure people runing. Im 5.10" & weigh 10.1/2stone. Iv only been riding a week so my skills are slack to say the least. Im running 30psi around
Revolver
Best way is to start at like 30psi and then slowly let it down until it feels right. I say that because everyone's weight and preference is different so it'll be slightly different for everyone. So long as your tyre gets some compression when you set off it should do. Aii_Aitch
What I used to do is just try not to hit the rim and otherwise not worry about pressure. Was around 20psi on a mod rear wheel. I'm same height and 11st if that helps...

Jake.
20-25 seems good, don't like it too pumped up otherwise it looses the bounce. Edited June 9, 2012 by JMCD
rookie82
Cheers for all getting back to me. Iv let a bit of the wind out & my balance feels a bit better. Think its a case of keep practicing & not expect to much as its still very early days
Rabbia
where do you ride ive got an onza and im just starting out so could be good to ride together and see who can fall off the least lol im 6 ft 3 at 14 and 1/2 stone and i run my maxxis creepy crawler at about 20 psi if im trying to back wheel hop onto curbs then it just misses the rim and general hopping about it has loads of bounce
cai
25 psi front & back is always a good starting point
