Becuase i am limited with time due to work and uni ( as i would do it myself) but because its a serious task n process id like a good professional job thinking of taking it to the local body shop that has done stuff on my car. Also thought about getting some blue ozonys stickers made if i was to go for polished look. Here is my ozonys curve v2. Not a car spray shop specifically but they do sandblasting and all that stuff. £10 to leave it in their bath of acid overnight and that was it all raw but no where near done. Hopefully will speak to me mate tomorrow n see how much he will do my frame and forks for and hopefully take the frame to a vinyl company to see if they can copy the ozonys logo in blue. If the prices are right for what i want i will hopefully get it done for radfest with some fresh set of try-all tyres. But am in love with that polished ozonys. Even Bruno likes it too! bing Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 I did my Ashton with nitromors, a power washer and a drill with a wire brush attachment. then I hand finished it with wire wool. if you want it mega shiny, you are gonna have to hand polish it with autosol or summat like it. or just get it chromed lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thats pretty good going if you ask me. I remember this, I was there. don't think Andee's curve is gonna snap, if you knew its history and origin. and dans had been hammered for a long time, and remember looking at the crack at the time, it looked like metal fatigue caused by a dent, not just a crack. Now now.. have a read through this topic I believe you seemed quite confuzzled in that topic on modern trials and aftermarket components.
