dann2707
Great for street when its dry and low psi. Horrible on wet and on natural.
Ryanonza
mine grips well in the dry and with the help from my hope tech
Jake.
I have the 1.95's and they grip just as good as my tryall stiky front ones, only had one ride on them (5 hours). For £15 you can't really go wrong if you ride street.
dann2707
Also they clog super easy if you ride in mud, really bad. They are a proper crap tyre for anything but pure dry street.

craigjames
On anything wet (rock or concrete) I've found them to be pretty poor in the dry I've found them really good on natural and street. The one thing I've round is you get very little roll where you would from a normal front nobbly tyre, due t the lack of high profile flexy nobbles. They aren't amazing, but for £15 they're pretty damn good. Now find me a decent weight rear tyre that works!
Jake.
Bullshit! I guess it's down to personal preference dude, these tyres aren't as thick and they are more flimsy so they grip more for me on walls, concrete and that kind of stuff. None of what I said is bullshit, I never said they were better than the Tryall's; they just seem on the same sort of level for street. ooo
I tried them on mod on street, once they run in the grip is good on street, good for footjams. The thin side walls gave loads of extra pop when lifting the front. Defo worth a try, I wasnt doing many spinning tricks though. I will prob try em on 24 soon. Carlperkins
oh yeah i forgot to say i ride a 24" echo. so the tre is £32. £36 with postage. as far as i can see there is no other lightweight tyre that would be as good? i run a moto digger 2.35 at the moment which seems to be ok-ish but im looking to save some weight. so i take it its not worth buying the small block 8? Jake.
I've got a mate who rides a 24" echo and he's interested in getting the 24" version I think, it's good for street as a front tyre on my mod. If you're after an lightweight front tyre you can't go wrong with these if you don't mind the thinner sidewalls.
ooo
so i take it its not worth buying the small block 8? i think it just depends what you ride, I thought they were good on dry street, but i agree the price is pretty high for the risk, are you thinking about running it front or back ? I doubt rear is a good idea. The small block is pretty narrow, so maybe look at other narrow 24 tyres to save weight? Also try running tubeless on the front if you don't mind higher psi. Noooooooooooooooo way would you run them on rear, unless you're just doing bmx/street stuff that isn't reliant on the back wheel like tailwhips, spins, bunnyhops. Carlperkins
hahahaha nah i wont run one on the rear, my rear tyre is good. just considering if for the front. i suppose i rode tgs mostly and the occasional bit of natty,
Jake.
Well tarty says this in the product description: - Made with a harder centre tread (60a) and a softer side tread (50a) to reduce rolling resistance but still give good grip when on off camber surfaces. - Created with a special slow rebound rubber to try and help make the tyre more predictable and grippy. - Ideal for use on street or dry rocks. - Due to it's slimmer profile, it's ideally suited to the front of your 24"! If that ticks all your boxes then get it.
xTommyTickles92
I'm running a 1.95 on the front of my Stock and it works brilliantly on my trial park in the garden and street, but in the wet it can slip pretty easily.
