Ben Swales
Nope. It's new lever body time I'm afraid. Luckily, they're relatively easy to replace, so it's not a difficult job. You COULD wrap it in gaffer tape and see how long it lasts...
N.Wood
Non salvageable I'm afraid. Next time look up on the 'grinding off the corner lever mod' and that will save this from happening again as quickly.

Jake.
Just some advice, if you ride with your brakes tightened with a bit of movement, when you crash the lever is less likely to break.
Blake
I always run mine so I can actually turn them by hand (with a bit of force obviously) Stops this happening. . .

stunt man t
is it worth grinding the corners off in the mean-time until my new one comes? would it make it stronger, or is it too late? thanks
ogre
on the non broken one yes, but you can't polish a turd...

RobinJI
Surely you'd loose the lever pivot? You could grind it into a slot with a smooth curved end so it spreads slower, but it's cracked so far across that there's no strength left there to maintain, no matter how smooth is is it'll go pretty damn quickly. Unfortunately it's buggered, and just needs replacing.
