AdamAllen
Solid fly.. Good idea? DMF is coming in at £450 + the clutch! I can get a LUK SMF and clutch for £330 odd. So you can see the temptation.

ARP big end bolts are essential to rev the engine beyond 6500rpm safely. I'm aiming for an 8500rpm limit so they're first on the list. I'm looking into which compression ratio is likely to score me the power I want then find a rod/piston combination to suit. Crank will be fine balanced along with a lightweight flywheel. ACL race bearings, .25mm over bore, New rings. Going for a B18c6 (UK Integra) cylinder head with the cams to match or I may even go aftermarket with the valve train to suit. Again, b18c6 inlet mani or similar matched with a good exhaust and a map will definitely see me 200bhp+ even with a basic build using all oem parts. Currently removing the residue left by the sound proofing. Its bloody tough stuff. Edited September 7, 2016 by SamKidney

I wouldn't bother with the LUK kit personally. CG motorsport. http://www.clutch-specialists.co.uk/cg-motorsport-stage-2-clutch-kit_p31002289.htm And a new dual mass. I had an absolute f**king arse f**k of a time fitting a SMF kit to my S3; the parts supplied were LUK and didn't fit. I ended up with CG and couldn't have been happier. I cannot recommend them strongly enough; and that you buy a new breather and clips, as well as a new slave. DrDoom
Picked up my new tow vehicle yesterday and had an epic drive home! Drove to Glasgow, Flew to London City, DLR to Woolwich, Lift to Bexleyheath. Picked up the new motor, drove out to Dartford to pick up some parts - down to Gatwick to sell the roof box I was given with the sale, round the M25 clockwise up the M40 to Oxford, picked up a tow bar... Down to Swindon/Wooten Basset to catch up with a friend... Then back up through the Cotswolds to Gloucester, up the M5/M6, up the M6/74 and then up through Loch Lomond and Glencoe. Even though it weighs nearly 3 tonne, it was still capable of having some fun. Two new turbos, EGR's blanked and an Alive Tuning map - 238bhp @ 3600 RPM and 545nm of torque at 2400... Pulls like a train for a big vehicle. All done in complete luxury too, as its an auto, on air - full HSE spec

Ross McArthur
The slack jawed, sister shaggin jeep is going in for a bit of TLC. Two new rear tyres. Budget of course. £120 bangers. Have no idea if that's good or not. Done. Off side front spring is in two bits so that's getting replaced. Anti roll bar link and bearing in off side front wheel. Full pads and discs all round (bought these when I got the car in preparation). Guy said he'd look at the exhaust where it joins the engine block as it rattles a wee bit at high revs. Hopefully all that makes for a less rumbly ride.

MadManMike
I accidentally a whole set of mk2 adjustable coilovers and mk2 top mounts. Not going to slam it, but it'll be nice to not be so boaty. I also think my current suspension is knackered anyway, so it'll nice to have new.

SamKidney
I spent £140 tonight. More than the engine I was planning on buying but for the £60.00 extra I've walked away with a full rear disc conversion and a set of front hubs to accept bigger brakes with near new bearings. Engine is so so so clean inside. 80,000km JDM B20b.
