MartMini
Etch primer has an acid in it to help bond the primer to difficult surfaces, like gel coating on fiberglass/plastics, ect.

MartMini
Spent the entire day yesturday replacing the gearbox in my car, to find out the clutch is f**ked My own fault for not checking it when the box was out, it was new so i naturally asumed the box was f**ked. The company that the clutch is from are utter c**ts, on Yell there 21 negative reviews about them, so i doubt i'll get it replaced under warrenty. CurtisRider
Could try and go directly to the manufacturer? Also remember people hardly leave positive feedback, just negative so it may not totally reflect them (remember some people are mongs ) and they may be alright

I know that people only usually leave feedback when its negative, but ive found NO positive feedback about them. http://www.yell.com/biz/nationwide-clutch-distributors-ltd-blackpool-3014296/ its pretty grim, refusing to give refunds, clutches failing after days/weeks, ect. CurtisRider
Yeah I can see where you may be coming from... perhaps buying a new clutch might be a good idea
Pashley26
Techniclutch, absolute bunch of c**ts. They're the company I had problems with, the owner of the company's details are readily available on the Internet. You won't get your money back, it's an expensive lesson but hopefully you will learn to search first and buy second. MartMini
i didnt buy the clutch, it was fitted just before i brought the car. to be honest, if they did replace it, it'd properly be with the same shit quality as before, so i'll just buy one from local factors. Just pissed of with myself. I had the box off, it would have been 6 bolts to take the pressure plate off to check the clutch, but i knew it was new, so i thought it must have been the box

dann2707
Just got some paint mixed up at Halfords. Just shows what you can get if you talk to staff and have a laugh, take interest etc. Put it down as fitting headlight bulbs for me (and no he didn't do it by accident because he's a Halfords employee) lol
CurtisRider
Hopefully it actually matches... none of the stuff I have had done by them has been even close

dann2707
Ahh thank god it won't be going next to any other parts of the exterior then oh wait it's a f**king spoiler
CurtisRider
You might be lucky, if not get in contact with a proper paint place, they can scan your old spoiler and give you an exact match
Tom Booth
You might be lucky, if not get in contact with a proper paint place, they can scan your old spoiler and give you an exact match spectrometer? I'd rather Stevie Wonder mixed then rely on a spectro.

AdamR28
Could always put the standard spoiler back on, at least that will match (and look loads better too )
dann2707
Hahaha zingggggggg We all know you don't like modded cars Got my first layer of paint on! Tom Booth
Really? I swear it was you that recommended it a while back! Spectrometers are a last resort to be honest. They really are awful things. We borrow one at work occasionally and they're pathetic. A 96% match (which should be good enough for most people to blend in) is usually black and white.
