Anyone happen to have a mk4 golf interior kicking about by some strange coincidence?

Soph's golf is rather damp so I'm gonna have to pull it all out at some point, may as well put something remotely nice (by which I mean dry...) in there while I put it back together!

Seems I can grab some standard seats for ~£50 a set but if I could get carpets/door cards too for £100 or so that'd rule.

Well, it's official, my dentist has confirmed he'll be lending me this beast for a week around Wednesday. Remains the best car I've driven in my life and my only dream car. Hoping to buy it off him in the spring. I'm so f**king excited it's unreal. Already put aside 400 quid for fuel

I'd be willing to pay up to 550 on a pair? Got no clue on the prices of them to be honest.

I've tried and liked Sparco Sprints, Corbeau Pro Series and Cobra Sebrings (I think Prawn's are sebrings anyway, they're definitely cobra 'Pro-fit' seats of some sort.) But that's not to say there aren't other good choices, those just happen to be what I've tried out. The Sparco Sprints are a bargain, but the Corbeau Pro Series is very nice too, and are a step up in quality, although a touch over your budget.

Really you'll need to sit in some to check they suit you though, a seat 'fitting' your body shape will make a big difference. I'm 5'9" with a 34" waste and not overly broad shoulders, and those are what suit me. Prawns Cobras are lovely, but I'm a fair bit smaller than him and even though they feel very nicely shaped, and very comfortable, they don't feel quite so nice and snug as smaller seats do for me.

Side mount or subframe.

Custom subframe be going in the e36.

Well I'm 6ft 32" waist if that's any good for you?

I suppose as it's a daily I need to have comfort as priority. Is there any sites that sell these for good prices or is it solely egay?

JD: Looks like a 330CS, Jardo says it is too from the for sale link, but how come only one tailpipe?

Most certainly is, but it turns out the other tailpipe clearly corroded at some point and has been chopped off! I'll definitely be sorting that out sooner rather than later. Any obvious reasons I wouldn't be able to swap the back boxes between the two cars?

New window switches just turned up at t'office, so I now have zero electrical issues on the car :) Now if my new kidney grills would turn up I can break into my bonnet and I'll be happy with where it's at until Spring...

Can relays be mounted inside a sealed box? I have 2 30A relays (1 for high, 1 for low) for my headlights as i'm doing a wiring upgrade and I have found a sealed box to keep them protected in my engine bay. I've never noticed my relays getting hot, but i'm concerned that without some cool air around them they may fail?

Only the 'low' switched side of the relay should get hot, so the amps output won't matter, I think they'd be ok.. but is there no way of a cheeky ventilation system built into the box?

I can put ventilation into the box, it was more to prevent water ingress to keep them safe and neat. I will have them at the highest point in the bay and really any water ingress will be minimal so I can add a few holes if they are required. Why should only the low relay get hot? This is for an H4 set up so the lows turn off when the highs come on
