Skoze
My mate's supercharged '49 series one got a write up; http://www.sucksqueezebangblow.co/2013/10/words-photos-daniel-bevis-i-think-this.html?spref=fb 105bhp and 450 lbft torque - not bad for an engine that's almost 60. dann2707
New average today coming back from uni today. Roads were clear, managed to hit every traffic light on green apart from one (which I then turned my engine off whilst I was waiting), drafting behind a lorry quite a bit on the motorway. I'm not even bothered about the money savings it's more of me trying to beat my previous record. The best thing is that it can do this but also had some dickwhore trying it on with me on the road home and managed to pull away from her with ease. Lovely amounts of torque [img,] http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g62/dann2707/IMAG0431_BURST001_zps389df252.jpg Haha I'm so so sad but yay

CurtisRider
I guess this is aimed at tarty and robin, Mx5 mk1 seats-are they comfy? These seem cheap, plentiful and the right size for the Porsche. Alternatively the mr2 roadster seats looks quite tempting but having never sat in them I'm not sure if I'd like them
RobinJI
MX-5 ones are alright, they're comfy, but not at all supportive in the bends. The other issue I had with them's that the headrests being fixed, were too low for even me at 5'9", which always made me worried about whiplash should I get in a minor shunt, and meant there was zero support for your shoulders. All the same, I could sit in them on the motorway for hours without complaint.

Luke Rainbird
I was pretty close to my own personal best trip average today too. 35mpg
shamus
The scoob just did 34mpg on 400mile round trip in crap conditions and fast motorway cruising, which was better then expected!

I really like the corbeau sport line evo seats as they would suit my car, but I don't have £600 kicking about How about these scooby seats?http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Subaru-Impreza-WRX-Bucket-Seats-/281184191539?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4177e24433 Edited October 17, 2013 by CurtisRider

Luke Rainbird
If you genuinely keep both, I approve. Is it as tidy as the pictures make it impossible to tell?
Pashley26
It's literally immaculate. One owner from new, full Audi service history until the service manager at Basingstoke Audi left and took this guy with him to his independant specialist. Just had 4 new tyres, new discs and pads, new eibach springs and belts and pumps (including injection pump) done last year. The guy who owned it LOVED it, has given me a huge box of history. He traded it in for a 10 plate 140 TDI SE that we had, because he needed a 5 door.

Pashley26
I lied, there's a small scuff on the front bumper. But I'm having it done next week. I'm looking forward to cleaning it; it's never been polished. It's actually Lava Grey...IE the same colour as Prawns car/my old A3 with a different name. dann2707
May aswell post my stuff here, why not! I've been doing a few sorting out issues, my boost pipe is still leaking despite shrink wrapping it, so I went with a tried and tested method of cable ties. Seems to be holding boost a bit better now, might all be in my head though haha. Notice the oil leaking at the bottom of the pipe! You can see why it's leaking, the lugs are worn and the pipe is all scratched. Seal looks dead too compared to the other one (Pictured) This one is good My passenger side doesn't lock when you press the lock button in the car, it simply pops back up so I took it apart to see the root of the problem. Apparently the microswitch wears at an angle on the cam which plays all kind of havoc, so I took it apart and switch it around to give it more contact area. Fitted it all back together and the door isn't locking at all now haha, no power so I must have not connected something. Not all swings and roundabouts haha Can see how it is on an angle, where it has worn away.
RobinJI
Just seen your A3's for sale on Facebook Jardo. Keeping both lasted a long time then! New cars looks nice mate, well, what I can see of it. (Ever thought of posting a photo without cranking the contrast?) Really loving the way the Scirocco drives now, the new rack's transformed it. Everything about the car just feels firm and solid now. Can't wait to do a few bits I've got planned to sort the front geometry and brakes a little.
