isitafox
Started this in RSQ but now thats shut I thought I'd try here. Currently got a Zoot and a Pure, Zoot has Trialtech high rise bars and Pure has Tryall carbons. My problem is since building the Zoot I'm struggling to ride my Echo as the front end feels so low and different to the point I can barely get up a 2ft wall, just plough into it. My question is would it help swapping the Tryall bars for some Trialtechs to keep both bikes feeling the same and also adding a bit more height to my 26? CalopS
I feel the same with my Inspired and Hifi. The hifi definatly needed some more height at the front and the bars pulled back a bit! So yer try more stackers on the forks or put the TT bars on the Echo to see how it feels.
isitafox
Already got 3 carbon spacers and the echo one on! Will bang em on when it dries up and see what happens.
Miss-Higgy
what about some inspired bars for your 24? I'm sure i have seen some knocking about on here cheap enough. And then you could stick the trial techs on your 26"?
CalopS
The height is right on the 24. No need to go changing that. Inspireds have less rise than TT's. I think he is more wondering if to get some more TT bars for the Echo.
Miss-Higgy
Either way more rise feel's good for getting it on the back wheel?
CalopS
Well just going from a streety frame to a longer frame is a big change. Having more rise on the Echo will just make the transfer easier. I guess you could say lowering the height on the 24 would do the same thing but then it wouldnt ride as well.
