brad1995
I got told a while back that it is possible to be able to get a pro 2 trials to fit a mod with some work to the hub. I now have an old hub so i thought it would be worth a try instead of letting it sit in the shed collecting dust, just wondering if anyone has done this and how, or if anyone has any diagrams or anything that would be even better Cheers. RobinJI
I'm pretty sure it'd involve using the freehub from the trials version in the body of a normal 9/10 speed hub, which would require the axle machining to let the bearings fit in the right places, and I expect you'd have to machine the freehub slightly too. onza pro series guy
read all about it: http://www.trials-fo...l__ pro2 116mm also just found this: hey guys. I am the person who modified the hub for ste racca (steve carradus). it is a normal hope pro2 trials rear hub. I took the drive shell off and cut threads into the cassete splines and made a stainless steel locking ring for the sprocket. I then machined down the axle, drive shell and outside spacers to bring the hub's total length to exactly 116mm. Built and trued the wheel. jobs a gooden steve Just use the search feature and you will find a million and one tips and tricks i searched 'Hope Pro2 116mm' Edited May 7, 2012 by onza pro series guy
