How Do Snail Cams Work?

got a upgrade from the old comp frame i had....with the onza having its own shite tensioner system im new to snail cams....how on earth do they work? my ne frame does have two allen key bolts if thats any help....

videos would be much apreciated...

The bolts screw into the frame and are what the external surface of the cams push against to stop them from slipping forwards. The bolts are critical to the function of the cams. When Ads is pushing on the cams and you hear the click, that's the next notch on the cam locating on the bolt in the frame.

Edit: What they look like when run on the outside of the frame (note depending on your setup you may need to run them inside the frame):

i'd tell you what frame i have buts its a suprise to my friends.... its a mod 116mm spacing

on my frme, doesnt look like the cams will fit on the outside....

if i go by the pic but put it on my hub, that looks most likey... and then simply push down on the cams untill the click..... i think i've got it
