TrialsIsHard
If this is aimed at all trials riders, why is there a reference to 'pure' trials in one of the logos? Like the designs though, could potentially sell some at Radfest?

i like cunning stunts
Come on all i see are plain tees and hoodys with the name trials power on, 1. Why would you buy any of these when you can go out and buy a better looking hoody / tee with your own design on it? 2. Who wants the words trial power on any part of their body?
Chris Borneo
Yeah, these guys need to up their game. I skate as well as ride and the skate clothing brands put so much more effort into their designs. Just check out brands like Altamont and Obey who are pushing out the sickest stuff at the moment. These guys have got two pretty average designs in a load of colours and that's it. I reckon it'd be cool to have some decent trials based brands but this ain't it. At least not yet. TrialsIsHard
Well if you look here you'll see that this design has already been done, gotta be verging on copyright? Same font too.. strange
JD™
Yuck yuck yuck yuck yuck. Surely they've missed the point of being a trials specific clothing brand? There's already hoodies and tees with various trials brands on them. At least with those you're sort of supporting a brand you like the products of. But if they're going to be a trials specific clothing brand, where's the super skin tight jeans with integrated shin pad? Where's the socks with a little pad to stop that annoying dig in your ankles from magura slaves? Where's the one fingered gloves? It's not even anywhere near a nice design, and like Oli said, one of them is a ripoff anyway. Yuck yuck yuck yuck yuck.
Ross McArthur
Akrigg needs to bring the Trial Noir clothing back. My Tee is looking more stonewash than black. Trial Power? Na, yer aw right.

54Sport
Thanks for all of the interest guys, had lots of enquirys and positive things said about trial power over the last few days, look forward to it all arriving in a few weeks Yeah, these guys need to up their game. You have to remember these are the very first designs and the first batch of products these guys have done. Obviously It isnt going to be at a vans, volcom etc level yet, but everyone involved is putting 110% in and doing some great work. Over time I think they are planning to produce clothing to appeal to the general public (family members etc) and unique stuff specifcally for riders......See how it all grows over time Alex started Trial Power last year, aged 19, whilst being a semi pro rider, studying and helping run his fathers shop! I'm sure this is all a lot better than most of us could do anyway! As stated above, we have had a lot of interest and pre orders from both members of the biketrials and motorbike trials scene, so hopefully we will be seeing more of these guys soon They will be bringing out new designs and completly new products this summer and are giving the public a chance to vote on their favourite designs! Have a look around here - Trial Power - Summer 2012 to see the new ideas and place your vote Will keep you all updated with upcoming news Thanks! and hopfully see you all at RadFest! p.s Come on all i see are plain tees and hoodys with the name trials power on, 1. Why would you buy any of these when you can go out and buy a better looking hoody / tee with your own design on it? 2. Who wants the words trial power on any part of their body? Doesn't that apply to all clothing brands though? Not too sure I see the point... Edited April 12, 2012 by 54Sport
JD™
Being 'better than most of us could do' is not a viable business plan. Rushing out a product and brand which has no thinking behind it and shows the fact it wasn't his main focus is not cool either...

Rushing out a product and brand which has no thinking behind it and shows the fact it wasn't his main focus is not cool either... -Nowhere was it mentioned that 'better than most of us could do' was a viable business plan,It just a fun little quote showing a bit of praise to someone trying hard to start a business in trials....... -It wasn't a rushed product. -The brand has a lot of thinking behind it. -It was his main focus, it was just not his sole focus at that time. (to be honest, who has the time and money, especially at that age, to just start up a business, let alone be lucky enough have one that would be an instant success!) Anyway, thank you for your very interesting words JD, we shall take them onboard
JD™
Fair points, and I appreciate you taking mine on board. I wasn't trying to insinuate that anyone goes into a business venture knowing that they're half arsed, but posting these images up before 'launching' would have been valuable market research and a massive help in knowing what the market was after. According to this topic, this product isn't it, but I hope they/he comes up with something that is. As a side note, he's not starting a trials brand, he's starting a clothing brand with a niche in trials - keeping that in mind will help massively. Chris Borneo
Seriously, if you are going to start a clothing company, the first thing you need is good designs. I appreciate the guy has clearly got drive and has got his t shirts out their but all the designs, especially the summer 2012 range, are super average. These products were first released early 2011,the very first products may have even been at the end of 2010 - But they were solely sold to the french market so having pre launch pics would not have been possible for the UK, however with the 2012 range, now they have other market places, Spain,England etc i think thats what they are trying to do. Speaking to them at an event last year, long before we had even discussed taking them on for the uk, they explained their long term plans and goals for trial power. If they can manage to keep the brand ontrack, they will deffinatly be worth keeping an eye on. I think its quite obvious (as most of us probably worked out long ago, with other companys) that the french and UK scene/ brands are veeeery different! Keep an eye out though, exciting things coming
LEON
When I look at the round logo, all I can think is washing powder.
Mark W
I know English isn't their first language and all that, but the tag-line "The pure riding in the world" just doesn't really seem to 'work'.
