How Original
Just fancy changing them as they haven't ever been changed since I owned them (never had a reason to but fancy a change) and wondered if these are actually any good as they seem pretty cheap, and if not, which ones would people use? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hope-Mono-6-Pot-Disc-Brake-Pads-6Ti-DH-Six-Ti-Pots-Ti6-/140722423992?pt=UK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&hash=item20c3b5c8b8
Laurence--Trials
I'm not sure what semi matalic is but your after a organic pad for trials use, not sure if that helps or not.
How Original
I bought some of those anyway so I'll try tham, see what they bite and grip like, if they're no good, I'll buy some others. Could someone also point me in the right direction of the right kind of hydraulic fluid. I am going to give it a full service and bleed etc... Laurence--Trials
It should say on the topcap what fluid your after, should be DOT 4 or 5.1, it should be safe to use mineral oil too due to the fact that its a less harsh oil (not 100% on that)

But I can't seem to find any on eBay... It's all for cars/motorbikes...

Not always,BB7 comes with sintered as standard and it´s very powerful brake, same with saint. To the topic, semimetalic should be fine, just give them time to bed in.And cars use the same fluid Edited April 2, 2012 by ghostrider88
