How Original
Well I'm wanting to add a rear brake to my jump bike, but I've no idea if it's do-able or not, I've never had one on it yet so not sure. It's 26" wheel, not 24" if that makes any difference. Also, if I can put a normal rim brake on, which would people suggest? (decent enough but won't break the bank) Thanks in advance for any help. Luke Rainbird
Your frame doesn't have rim brake mounts, so you'll have to put on a rear disc.

I had a feel it might, but didn't know if their was anything I could attach to the frame. Looks like I'm going to need a new wheels and hub etc too then, maybe just leave it for now lol! Scott Gibbs
May i suggest a cable disc, ie avid bb7 there a little less maintenence and easier to fix out on the trail.

Never had to do anything to my Hope hydro, I only changed the pads and bled it last week... First time in about 4 years. It's never missed a beat, and didn't really needed doing but did it anyway mainly out of boredom.
