Philly_Biker
The front end is........different! Yeah the stem/bars gave the bike a really sweet rise, good for someone like me 6 ft with long arms. Front end is superlight compared to before. Had planet x steel fork and hs33s and chunky shorter stem. Rear wheel manuvers/sidehoping is easier then before. Geometry feels better then ever. Revolver
It's gotta feel like the BB's scraping on the floor with that bar height! Each to their own. Looks nice other than those sky high bars.
Philly_Biker
Yeah the bars are definatly up there. Gives alot of leverage over the front end. The rockman stem is not able to be run with spacers on the top of the stem due to the sloping angle and special top cap. Dont want to cut the steerer too short too soon (forks are new). It will probably stay like that unless i feel it needs to go lower as i ride it more. I have carbon spacers that im going to replace the stack of aluminum ones with. See if they hold up/creak. Happy with it now, i might get an alternate shorter stem to try out to switch up geometry to bring the bars a little closer to maybe do some streetier/bmx like tricks(180s 360s). Rotation is easier/more controlable with shorter stem i think. Love the leverage for the trials moves(pedal kicks, sidehops, and ups in general.) as it is now. All about sweet trials moves for now. I gotta give it a paint job too to spruce it up. Will eventually get maxxis holy rollers 2.4 front and back im thinking. 2.4 may be excessive for the front though we will see. Would sure be cushy/bouncy. I love my new lousie 203mm brake up front and would like one on the back but i do not have a disc rear wheel. Love the king engagement and dont want anything less after using one. my king hub works great still. Just not ready to shell out the cash for a king disc hub/new rim. Time to find some tar for my rear hs33s so they lock well. Edited February 25, 2012 by Philly_Biker
LEON
I love zebdi's, but if that's how you like your front end, you need a new frame lol. That's a mod front end with a zero rise bb! Even for the hoppy pogo moves, you'd benefit from a lower shorter stem. 90mm x 10/15 ish, do it!

Thanks for the input Had a 90mm stem, i like this one better. Lol it does kind feel like a mod bike up front. I put the planet x for beside the echo one today that is on the bike and bike and it appears to be almost exacty the same in geometry. The planet x for puts the wheel a little more forward but the fork legs are the same length. This pic i took from a crouched position, it may make the bars seem taller than they are.
