Anyway, I agree, and from working there previously I actually know what goes on and I think most people (including those who think they are amazing) don't actually realize how much effort goes into each order to make sure it's perfect and to make sure the customer knows exactly what's going on on every step and to get people the best delivery and support. it's pretty nuts really. Including selling me an Echo 24" frame before they were even on the website and shipping it out for the weekend. Never had a problem with them, and have never heard of any complaints!
