Azarathal
Title says it all, I've heard that you'll run into clearance problems when running front fixed on the Echo trial 24" frame, which cog should I use so I dont hit the chainstays? Edit* 17-13 seems to be the same ratio as 18-14, would this be a better route to take? Edited February 4, 2012 by Azarathal
philgresty
get an 18t sprocket where the teeth are central rather than offset, then the teeth will be in the same place as on a freewhel, sorted
ezgonzo
As said before you can run a 18t trialtech sprocket upfront without any issues, here's a pic i just took of an echo trial 24" running a 18t trialtech sprocket upfront with a rear king running a 14t trialtech sprocket out back. as you can see there's a few mm's between the sprocket and the frame so all's good. hope that helps.
