Bet that weighs abit ??

it's no featherweight i'll admit, think it's in the mid 10kg area!

i'm happy with it though, i'm on a tight budget and it's a world away from my last stock which was a martin hawyes rep!

I had one of these!!!

Yours is the only other one I have seen EVER.

Tartys only sold a handful as far as i'm aware so you have a pretty rare example. (looks mint cond. too)

Mine was a short, measuring 1065-1070ish with my try-all forks in and 18:15, so have a measure.

I haven't got a pic of mine, just a short vid from the summer before last.

The title's a bit naf now but it's seems funny to me at the time as I had just moved from mod, you see?

BTW I'd a killed for mine to weigh mid 10kg, in reality it was low/mid 12's and a bit of a lump. so be happy :D

EDIT: out of interest, do you have the same problem I had where the chain eats the SS just above the dropout???

I always wondered if it were just my frame but had no one just ask as no one else seemed to own one.

I solved it by running the chain slack as hell and spacing the frame out, but this only temporary (sp) and eventually gave up on it and bought another frame and hub.

i know of a couple of frames for sale at the moment, but yeah i've not seen anyone riding one! i think the 116 spacing puts people off.

the weight could be way off to be honest, i used some cheap ass luggage scales to weigh it lol

still feels fairly light though, compared to my previous bikes

just measured it at 1075 wheelbase with the fattys on so i guess that makes mine a short too.

the chain is seriously close to the stay, probably only a mm or so clearance but it doesn't rub, the brake mounts are shocking though, nowhere near straight! filed them loads which improved things a bit but they're still well off which makes the pads sit toed out (N)
