The ebay link isn't working. You are going to use the brake on the rear or front? If it's for the rear you probably need a 3# calliper with an 160mm rotor
LordAssworthMcThor
It works for me. Don't wanna sound like an ass but did you scroll down?

JDâ„¢
Oh ok its for the front. I was totally going to bid on that earlier, how much did it go for in the end? EDIT: Stopped being lazy and found out myself Edited January 18, 2012 by JDâ„¢
ezgonzo
it's a #3 caliper so the smallest disc you would be able to run on a standard (IS) fork mount would be 180mm, so unfortunately you'd need to purchase another rotor if you plan on using it as a front brake, it would work fine with a 160mm rotor if you where going to be running it as a rear brake, but you'd probably have to change the hose in order to use it as a rear. brammo
It better fit because if it doesn't I am going to cry. EDIT: Ok so all i need now then is a 180mm rotor? It doesn't matter that I had a 160mm before? I am just confused because wont that mean that the mounting point would need to move further out becuase the disc is increasing in radius. ezgonzo
i'm guessing that your forks have a standard IS mount ( due to you prevously running a 160mm rotor ), if it is a standard IS mount then you will need a 180mm rotor due to your caliper being a #3, if it was a #5 caliper you could of used your 160mm rotor, the reason why you where able to run a 160mm rotor with your old brake was because your caliper was designed to run a 160mm rotor mounted on a standard IS mount, your new caliper has larger/longer mounts meaning that it sits 20mm further away from your forks. ezgonzo
:$ :$ :$ , after having another look @ the pic it actually looks like a #5 caliper, my bad, in my defence the pic is somewhat deceiving @ first glance , so it looks as if you should be able to run your 160mm rotor after all.
