isitafox
After searching for info regarding frame numbers I just came across www.mybikenumber.com. If you haven't heard of it it's basically a free site that lets you upload info about your bike like the current build, part numbers, frame number and pictures so that should it get stolen people can (hopefully) recover it. Works best if you go to buy a 2nd hand bike, check the frame number and/or any component registration numbers against the website and it will tell you if the bike is stolen or not. This way you can contact the original owner through the site allowing them to locate it. Seems like a good idea to me, might get mine added on. monkeyseemonkeydo
It's just a title for the bike. Could be Laurences GT or just GT i-Drive 3.0 or whatever.
