the mysterious leemur
Well this is odd but as some of you said I now sidehop both ways to the same hight ( just above 5 pallets (blue)). I got a 24" and after two weeks worth of riding it not only can I sidehope the "normal "way but to the same hight as I could before . So here's proof changing to stock or 24 increases your skill very quickly
gage-mann
well done! my friend learned it the wrong way, got to a certain height and then thourght about the advantages of learning to do it the right way, he just kept trying it the right way for a few days and didnt do it the wrong way and he got used to it and when he tryed it the wrong way again he found that it felt odd like he did when he firsttry to go the right way if that makes sense? also remember seeing a vid of neil tunnicliffe going the right way once, the way looked 50ish inch
cardenas_26trials
I started sidehoping to the same side of my foot and when I reached a good height, I changed to the other side. Obviously it felt weird and the beginning but with practice you can master it and you WILL sidehop higher. The benefit of this, is that you have "tried" both ways and you get able to manage different side situations.
