JT!
Does the rear wheel spin freely?
williams
Does the rear wheel spin freely? what do you mean? my rear wheel is "fixed, with the freewheel mechanism in the front. i guess the problem is the freewheel since it isn't working properly, and when it can barly spin without the chain, or with the chain on. Miles Mallinson
Take it to a bike shop if you can can't do it yourself but take the driveside crank off, there should be a lockring on your freewheel (if there isn't you will need to take your freewheel off by doing this My link) use a pin spanner or a screwdriver to take it off and check if nothing is loose then lube it up with GT 85 or some kind of spray. Just leave him alone, you dont HAVE to abide by the rules word for word, he needs help and the best way to get it is the title!

Dan6061
Could be the bottom bracket too. Most likely going to be the freewheel though by the sounds of things. I'd imagine it's locked itself up as you were pedalling. You never know though! Either strip it down yourself, or get your local bike shop/bike know-it-all to give it a go.
