0zzy
dave came down to wisemans bridge for a ride a few days ago, dodgy camera skills and editing from em but enjoy good riding, constructive critisms please... if some one could embed the video for me it would be a great help. this is not daves normal bike as he rides 26", hopefully we can get a proper video of him riding that so we can show his true potential of his riding. x

0zzy
yeah this video is very poor in terms of showing how big most of the stuff is, was quite windy that day as well, most things were made first time also X
Matt Vandart
Nice one Slug, not enough 360's,tailwhips and bunnyhops though.

dave33
Really nice little edit there nice style, dave you just got the mod for fun? Or you going to be riding both this year? I got it to ride at the world champs last year, I do enjoy it but I'm always draw back to 26, probly because I can do much bigger/ better stuff! Think I'm going to ride it for the next month as it will probly help my technique alot
PaRtZ
Thats not mumbles is it? No offence Dave but you dont suit mod at all imo! Theres alot of moves in that video you do, that you're expecting the bike to act like a stock (like rolling onto something, or switching positions on the up to fronts). All the static stuff like the gaps are still big, so maybe its just adjusting but youre such a monster at stock anyway you'll never be that good on mod too On the plus side though, good rear wheel control on the small stuff and the small ledges, see you've found the advantage of riding mod But yeah on the whole, more suited to stock... 0zzy
its in wisemans bridge partz not mumbles, this was just a ride matt so that dave trys to bring his skills on his mod as good as his stock for when he rides the worlds later on this year

Thanks Matt I sort of understand what you mean with the rolling up stuff, but I don't get what your on about with the other stuff! Mod is harder than stock to ride for sure, some thing you will know about going from mod to stock yourself. Iv got some clips on the 26 so ll try post them up. Ozzy wants to do some more filming to soon so keep an eye out for some more footage
Rossatron
I mean this in the nicest possible way! You dont suit mod at all Dave, just ride the stock your an interesting rider to watch on stock, on mod you seem very uncomfortable. and it seemed a bit rushed. But you do ride stock an absolute treat
Matt Vandart
I've seen Dave do some Mental big AND technical shit on a mod bike. Set out a section for him once that just looked impossible. 3 attempts and he nailed it, with the clock running.
0zzy
yeah like said this is dave just doing a bit of training, he is a LOT better on his 26 and i cant wait to make a video to prove this! x
