Disc Mounts On 24" Trial Frames.

Or rather the lack of...

I don't get why more companys arent putting disc tabs on 24" trial specific frames? I'm currently riding the Echo 24 and although I love it and my Maggy does work pretty nicely I'd still much rather be dual disc. It doesn't make sense, especially when Ozonys have a disc only frame (and I think a maggy only frame?).

/rant.

Most of the newer frames are coming with the option of disc tabs

how long does dual disc work until its getting destroyed?

i switched to maggy because i killed 2 +20 rear adaptors and 2 slave cylinders in 2 weeks .everytime while hopping on the backwheel.

plus nothing bites like maggies and a grind.

the leverage is huge at 24"wheels and disc

You're doing it wrong! My Inspired has a 180mm Hope Tech Trial on the back and has tons of bite and hold and the rear end has yet to fall off the frame.

thats what i´m wondering about.

maybe a post mount could hold up in my case.

for the rear it would be the best solution, why does no company build postmounts on?

I get the impression you're a little brutal on parts from your posts here and in other threads. Perhaps it's time to smooth things out a bit to save parts, joints and money?! :P

exactly.but i prefer to adapt the bike to me,not the opposite.

maggies were the best change i did recently.

motto:-crack!-problem-adaption with new parts-solution.and so on until everything holds up well.

thats why my bike weights 13 kg now.but i dont care.i pulled 70cm+ hops with my 15kg-dirtjumper and i do now.

said it at another post:weight doesnt count much for me.

but back to disc: why doesnt postmount on the rear rule the market?
