Azarathal
Or rather the lack of... I don't get why more companys arent putting disc tabs on 24" trial specific frames? I'm currently riding the Echo 24 and although I love it and my Maggy does work pretty nicely I'd still much rather be dual disc. It doesn't make sense, especially when Ozonys have a disc only frame (and I think a maggy only frame?). /rant.
Laurence--Trials
because trial has both

Azarathal
The because seems too short, my echo feels perfect. I know the Zhi mockery of a 24" frame doesnt have a disc mount either. Also before anyone suggest Marino, I'm not a fan of gaining between 6-800grams on my frame.

p_ruskin
Ozonys Unruly 24 has both mag and disc tabs Geo is pretty bad though, Ozonys Curve is the only thing close to the echo, which rides amazingly well Edited January 9, 2012 by onza limey20
Azarathal
Geo is pretty bad though, Ozonys Curve is the only thing close to the echo, which rides amazingly well And is also going to be much too expensive if I ever move from the Echo. FamilyBiker
how long does dual disc work until its getting destroyed? i switched to maggy because i killed 2 +20 rear adaptors and 2 slave cylinders in 2 weeks .everytime while hopping on the backwheel. plus nothing bites like maggies and a grind. the leverage is huge at 24"wheels and disc Edited January 10, 2012 by FamilyBiker

You're doing it wrong! My Inspired has a 180mm Hope Tech Trial on the back and has tons of bite and hold and the rear end has yet to fall off the frame. Luke Rainbird
I get the impression you're a little brutal on parts from your posts here and in other threads. Perhaps it's time to smooth things out a bit to save parts, joints and money?!

Perhaps it's time to smooth things out a bit to save parts, joints and money?! exactly.but i prefer to adapt the bike to me,not the opposite. maggies were the best change i did recently. motto:-crack!-problem-adaption with new parts-solution.and so on until everything holds up well. thats why my bike weights 13 kg now.but i dont care.i pulled 70cm+ hops with my 15kg-dirtjumper and i do now. said it at another post:weight doesnt count much for me. but back to disc: why doesnt postmount on the rear rule the market? Azarathal
Because trials is behind on a lot of technologys and from working in a Bikeshop i've seen too many retards overtighten forks / fame post mounts rendering then useless. Ideal situation is a flex free is-post adaptor, strip it and just replace the adaptor.

Azarathal
20mm shorter in both reach and wheelbase, It looks alright though. This was more of a moan towards developers than trying to decide on a new frame though
