Laurence--Trials Posted January 9, 2012 Report Share Posted January 9, 2012 Right my rear brake is having trouble with sticky pistons, i have to push the lever back to its origonal place by hand, if i give it a fresh bleed again either with water or anti freeze will it sort the sticky pistons? Take your pads off, pull your lever in and spray WD40 on the pistons. 1: Wd40 isnt a lubricant, it might get some gunk off the pistons if thats why they're sticking. 2: It has a chance of rotting the seals over time.
