In another thread he said he got the 2011 maggy from Tarty I think.

if he bought a 2011 maggy and didnt need to cut the near 1.5m hose down he must have a hell of a long wheelbase! lol

basically mate i'd give the brake a good bleed,

clean the surface of your old pads and make sure they're straight,

make sure the pads are setup properly with the rim. if they wont go properly your hs33 mounts may not be 100% straight (they never are)

if so you can file them yourself or get tarty to do them.

also i would check my rim is 100% straight and if you have an old nasty grind.. re-do it.

oh also what booster did you buy? i have an echo 4 bolt and its bendy as shit! apparently the trialtech one is the one to go for.

i bought the back break from tartys new i got the trials ed maggy and i also got the 2bolt echo sl booster + sl clamps.

i can def say i dont think the mounts squire on the frame i think the old pads havent warn straight as was using just normal maggy clamps with the rubber inserts befor.

i have tired line them up straight best i can i must of spent couple hours yesterday doin this

would the cnc rockman pads stop this from happen?also do the maggys have to be level with ecahother both sides i got them both resting at the bottom of the clamps does it matter if the matter or slave aint level?

thank you for eveyones reply so far (Y)

so long as the pads are hitting the rim properly then the exact position doesn't matter to much, getting new pads with the rest of your set up should help as like you've said your current pads are probably misaligned, rolling down a hill with your brake on could square the pads up to the rim and improve your braking situation, but if you can afford the whole caboodle then i'd go for the whole lot new.
