Ali C
I recently saw a topic where someone posted their riding from 10 years ago, I wanted to do the same thing but I have had to wait until the new year. So yeah, this is me riding back in 2002. Ignore the amount of x-ups, I had just learned them so was rather keen on doing them all the time. I am pretty sure it was Edited by James Hyland, can't say I am particually into the music, but oh well.

JD™
That was so awesome to see again, I remember seeing it when I'd first started. How long had you been riding then? Because it seems you must have been born on an oversized bmx trials bike
Ali C
I had been riding about 4 years I think
trialskidy
Nice vid i have been wondering for ages what the trick at 2:30 is when u jump onto the top of it and land on your back wheel and how you do it, I have been trying it lately and i cannot figure out how to do it. Unless its just a pedal kick but i have tried that and i cant seem to pedal when i am on a slope like that. Andeee
You should have a video of your riding now below the one from when you was on your monty. Would be good to see the difference and similarities in your style and riding in that time period.
DrEvil270183
Nice Ali, you should go back to all these locations and recreate the video again. See how your riding style has changed. Add a bit of extra style

Ben Swales
like RIGHT now? I am 27 years 321 days and 5 hours old I remember this video form back in the day - it was one of the ones that I used to watch over and over! I think people tend to forget that you've been riding so well for so long, it's nice to have a reminder. +1 on the refilming it
Sam Nichols
I haven't even been riding a decade yet!! Didn't realise you were that old, Ali! It's cool that you can see the streety side to you even all them years ago. As well as the skills to pay the bills.
Dan Jones
Love the video, I remember watching this when it was first made.
bikeperson45
I remember watching this when I started. There was always that one bunny hop gap that baffled me, just looked like you pull up a bit and you ended up on the rail. I'd like to think I can just about understand it now
Skoze
You're such a dick, even 10 years a go you were a beast. Liked that lots
